Hello, My name is Kami and unfortunately I am not computer savvy. I'm not sure what info you might need about my computer just let me know. My problem is that everytime I am online, even if its just one window. It triggers a not responding every minute or so. Or the pg won't load even though its not my security. It will just close my widows and when I look for them (as if i accidentally minimized) they do not pop up.

When I click the firefox again, it tells me it's already running and to close one session before I open a new one. It will take a few tries then on a random click the last window will come up. I has a sorry but you have to restore old window. Troubleshooting say's it detects no problem in: hard drive, internet connection or sharing. I feel like it might have a virus but I have no idea what to do to find it or get rid of it. Please tell me someone knows what I need to do. Also, as far as I know it has been updated with the correct instillation's, but then I really don't know how to be sure.
